FTA Ireland is looking to recruit a Trainer/ Auditor with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to be proficient, organised and have excellent time management skills. and have the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Promote and deliver the highest standards of training and auditing services for FTA Ireland and our members. Our services are based on legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of freight distribution, passenger services, health and safety, road safety and commercial fleet operational compliance. In addition we are supporting the freight distribution and passenger services industry meet the growing demands of decarbonisation and our training and auditing services reflect this.
· In line with new legislation, form part of the development and design of training material
· Assist with the identification of in-company training needs.
Carry out compliance audits and TruckSafe, VanSafe and Passengersafe audits
· Work with management on development guidance materials for the transport and logistics sector.
· Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management
