The Freight Transport Association of Ireland is hiring for a field based, Trainer / Auditor role The ideal candidate should have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate is expected to be proficient, organised and have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, the Trainer/Auditor should understand the business operation and decision making process with a keen interest in delivering targeted and tangible results.
Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
· Hold a current Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage or Passenger Transport (or actively studying towards one)
· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in freight distribution and logistics industry
· Train the Trainer Qualification
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
· Be independent, objective, and self-motivated.
· Ability to make decisions and use own initiative.
· Effective planning and organisation of own work schedule
· IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
· Flexible to travel and work across the island of Ireland.
· RSA approved for delivery of Driver CPC modules.
· Health and Safety qualification desirable but not essential
