The Logistics UK NI Freight Council held an important meeting this week, hosted by TST Group at its headquarters in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.
Nichola Mallon, Head of Trade & Devolved Policy at Logistics UK commented: We are grateful to FTA Ireland CEO, Aidan Flynn, for hitting the road so early from Dublin to join us and share insights on forthcoming legislative changes in the south and the challenges and opportunities facing the industry, island wide, when it comes to decarbonisation.
She added: “Today also saw Gary Barnes hand the baton of Council Chair to Maire Claire Reid, MD at TST Group. Gary has been a fantastic support and committed Chair. It is hard to believe his two year term is up. We are delighted that Maire Claire Reid is taking up this role alongside our two elected vice-chairs Lynda Gregg and Graham Patchett.”
