DB Schenker has appointed Aaron Scott to the role of CEO for its UK & Ireland cluster. He succeeds Ray Hennessy who has held the position the last eight years and is moving on to a well-deserved retirement.

Scott joined the company in 2021 and currently, additionally holds the position of Executive Vice President Contract Logistics for Region Europe. He brings a wealth of experience to the UK & Ireland CEO role having spent more than 28 years in International Logistics and 3PL supply chain operations.

Additionally, he has spent time living and working in the Netherlands, the USA and Germany and has a strong track record of accomplishment in leading and directing operational and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial value and service excellence alongside new business growth.
